3 Workouts / Week Option
This will be a split of a push, pull & leg day. A push day includes the push muscles, chest, triceps, shoulders. A pull day includes the pull muscles, back & biceps. These workouts are meant to be done in a full gym, but most movements can easily be swapped for DB oriented exercises.
4 Workouts / Week Option
This will be a split of two upper body days, with two lower body days. The upper body days will be push & pull dominant. A push day includes the push muscles, chest, triceps, shoulders. A pull day includes the pull muscles, back & biceps. The lower body days will be a quads/calves & glutes/hamstring split. These workouts are meant to be done in a full gym, but most movements can easily be swapped for DB oriented exercises.

When does the challenge run?
The challenge runs every Monday, beginning at 9 am EST.
Do I compete with others in the challenge?
Nope! This is meant to better yourself. You’ll receive “points” as you achieve your set goals in workouts, cardio & nutrition.
Cardio activity completed: 2 points
Workout completed: 5 points
Daily nutrition goal hit: 10 points
How do I “win” the challenge?
The goal is to hit 380 points before the 4 weeks is over.
Those 380 points account for roughly 80% consistency. You can do exactly that. THAT is the point of this challenge is to get you consistent & hitting your goals.
Do the workouts change over the course of the challenge?
No. Workouts follow a 4 week block to ensure progressive overload is happening. With all goals, fat loss, muscle gain or body recompositioning, you need to follow progressive overload. Meaning, sticking with the same workouts & focusing on pushing yourself over the course of the 4 weeks.
